What is your turnaround time?

- Services
- Rough copy (an idea of your message)
- Rough biography (1-2 paragraphs)
Optional:
- Bio picture(s)
- Testimonials
- FAQs
- Email campaign platform
- Scheduler/ERM
- Social media accounts set up
What do I need to do to be prepared for Social Media Management?
You will need branding and your logo in order for me to design branded posts.
You will need to provide me with a “content calendar” each month. This can be fully written captions or a rough idea of topics. I do not provide full copywriting, but I will edit yours or create short captions based on the topic. I absolutely must have the planned post topics for the month, though I will certainly work with you to plan these out.

What is the difference between a starter and a custom website?
Starter websites are designed and priced for start up nurse businesses. They are built from a template and then completely customized for your business. They are 4 pages, do not include layout alterations (beyond color, images and necessary resizing) and do not include professional copywriting.
Custom built sites are created from scratch and designed to meet the unique needs of nurses already in business who has the means to invest the money needed to take their business to the next level. They are up to 8 pages and include full professional copywriting.
What if I don't need an entire website?
I can create landing pages, blog pages, sales pages and more; I can also redsign your exisiting site. Pricing depends on amount of content and anticipated length of the project. Contact me or schedule a discovery call to get a quote!
Do you offer refunds?
Generally, no. Specifics are outlined in your contract. However, I aim to provide excellent customer service and your satisfaction, so if we come to a point where I’m not able to provide what you need, I may offer a partial refund at my discretion. Most of the work I do and provide to you can not be undone or “returned”; my time is already spent and I have delivered design work in digital form that I can’t retract. I provide my portfolio and examples of what I can do for you to be sure you like my style and help ensure we’re a good fit, and will do everything in my power to deliver you a product that you love.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! If you have muliple projects in mind, I will customize a package for you at a bundled rate. I also offer discounts on second projects – a second website or branding for a second business, for example.
